Styling Mystery Mudflaps

Evening all.
I bought these very nice original mudflaps a while back, they weren't cheap! They were sold to me as a fitment to 500's, but it's clear now that the brackets don't corespond to anything in the 500's wheel well.
Does anyone know what they are from? It's more than likely that I will have to move these on if I can't find a way to fit them.

A quick search seems to bring up identical bracket setup for 600 cars. Even though the old manuals also show a 500 in there.. They seem to be a universal style type for the times. But the packaging for the one below faintly shows "600" stamped on it.
