my elec windows are soo slow does anyone knopw how i can fix it, they are ok going down but real slow going up

mine are exactly the same and judging be previous posts i think a lot of people have this problem but i'm not sure why???

Strip off the door cards as per the bravo guide then clean the runners, pray with a silicone based lubricant and also grease the spindle. Common fault with a common cause and a common rectification

No need to be so drastic, you can get them speeded up by spraying the runners that are visible without removing the covers - mine are much better now

Depends. If the motor is knackered then you will have to do the replacement as per the guide as well.
