saturday night went for chinese with ben and fiat scotland lot, had satay veg and fried rice. would have had more but ben said he wasnt paying but he did in the end ( out his own pocket, not ff funds)
last night went to bobby's in leicester had all you can eat buffet including sweets. and shop next door was selling green coconut, so i had to have one of them,
on way home today had kids pizza meal, them pepper things with cheese fron pizza hut express, and chips from kfc
wii fit still say i lost 2lbs this week :slayer:

home made oven chips, quorn quaterpounder an salad
rice noodles, peppers, spring onions, carrot, pineapple, mushrooms, not Pak choi but that longer thinner one cant remember its name. in a szechwan sauce

had mixed roast veg n pasta.
So I got ditched by my parents; my sister is up the coast surfing (in winter, she's a nut job) and so I decided to be creative.
A stir fry made up of fried roast chicken, ramen noodles and various sauces combined until it tasted good.
Well as a whole it was effing terrible, I won't be making that combination of sauces again

Steak fried in hot seasoning with salad and natural yoghurt in tortilla wraps.
was gonna be roast but mrs dave not well and not worth cooking it for just me n terri so having quorn burgers, new potatoes n salad

i missed a day, last night had paneer tikka, half a sabzi balti, mushroom rice, paneer korma, half a plain naan, an wii fit say i still lost 4 lbs this week so i just had a cake :devil:
