:yeahthat:

how is animal fat healthier than sunflower oil :ROFLMAO:

animal fat is full of cholesterol and saturated fats... these aint good for you.

sometimes i wonder if you ever think before opening your mouth and coming out with crap like this :ROFLMAO:

and when did cholesterol mean squat?

the fact that cholesterol even bothers you shows how much you know about biology

and for the record my cholestrol is really low. and no form f fat is bad for you saturated or not as long as eaten as part of a balanced diet and in moderation both of which i have and do. and if you want to be really pedantic the healthiest way to cook chips is in rape seed or olive oil.

frying stuff in them is excess

tonight i had home-made chips n egg cooked in good fat, an vegi sausage n burger cooked in oven with no fat

no eating stuff fried in them regularly is excess (y)

and your eating that and worried about cholesterol as well as good and bad fats

anyhow.......

seen as im cooking tonight its: pork chops in a cider, mustard, smoked bacon and cream sauce with caramelised bramley apples, boiled potatoes and carrots with bramley apple crumble and custard for pudding. all home made and to my own recipes :)

see that pork has your bad fat already in, that is why having your chips in it to is excess, you are already getting more than you body needs.

try giving it up and replacing with good fats an watch you skin improve, that same improvement will be going on inside your body too :)

pork fat is actually very good for you in the right amounts, excess of it is harmful. What I have just eaten is a balanced meal.

As fir my chips they'd have been cooked in beef fat which has a completely different chemical make up.

My skin is fine which is why my eczmas cleared, most of my scars are less noticeable.

tbh... any fat that can get hot enough and is easily attainable in massive quantities... which can be used to fry rolf alive and stop him from spouting any more of his ill-informed bullsh!t is a good fat to me! :)

so not only is he a linguist, psychologist.... but he is now a dietition!' :ROFLMAO:

rolf, your skin is not fine.

(im going to kick myself for this but rolf has a point when certain veg cooking oils are heated several times their chemical states change

The fatty acid-derived toxin, called 4-hydroxy-trans-2-nonenal (HNE), forms in
especially high amounts in polyunsaturated oils that have linoleic acid, which in
canola, corn, soybean and sunflower,

then you can go down the Hydrogenated veg oil/ fat route.........

but my deep fried roasts are ready with my roast pork dinner :D
