My Scirocco TSi

Introduction

Well after almost 2 years with the Mini Cooper S, it was time for a change.. .

As much as I loved my mini it was a bit thirsty and a bit small! So went for a scirocco its a 2.0l turbo GT with DSG gearbox. It has heated leather seats, satnav and parking sensors as extras.. .

It feels absolutely enormous at the moment and the gearbox has taken some getting used to but i'm loving it

Love the scirocco, would look great lower :)

I must say though I always stand by the fact that they should have made it like the concept

i like the look of them :) but i couldnt belive the price when i looked to see how much they was is a VW realy worth that price?

don't doubt in sciroco's quality and never dare to think that audi deserves anything more than vw

Nice, you like big cars then?!

it was the outsider on all the cars i looked at.... lexus IS220D, Audi A4 2.0TDI Se, Volvo S40/S60 etc etc.....

then i saw the passat after a random autotrader search.... went to look at it... and was already sold... before the 20 mile test drive sealed the deal :p

i just want a car thats majorly comfy.... the bravo isnt designed to sit in (especially when your nearly 6 foot as the seat base is so flat and not supportive enough)... plus on longer journeys i get leg and foot ache (i have arthritis in my feet so not always sitting on a clutch in rush hour will help) :)

I do like the passat, its quite understated and you can get some really good deals on them!

It took me about a week to get used to the DSG but I don't think I'd ever go back! Will probably go for a S tronic Audi next or a Scirocco R hehe :D
