. it does have a sticker saying the timing belt was changed and it does look brand new.
thing is, how can you say it 'looks brand new' when it is encased ? - I presume you have no receipt for that as you didnt mention it. ?
Also, the receipts need to be fully itemised to be meaningful and useful.
Vosa means absolutely nothing. it just records the milegaes 'recorded' on the MOT at that time. nothing to do with genuine or otherwise'
Yours is probably fine, it is the other total dreamers trying to get 40 and 50 k examples, they get ripped, as has been seen (and heard),
The software / hardware to clock these has been freely available since 2005 (you can dl it for free as we speak, you just need a elm327 unit with FTDI chipset for comms, that is it !.)
As with most hacking, it is often done by teenagers, 'kiddy scripting', as in most so called hacking it is childs play.
It is not even an offence to clock a car, if you dont want to see your mileage too high, simply wind it back prior to every mot

... it is only naughty when you sell the car and dont say so.
Same as HPI was all the rage at one time, what a waste of time

didnt do jack for a ringer did it ?
The other thing for some of the dreamers is that very low mileage cars - IF they can find an actual example, which is unlikley but not impossible, it is likely to be a far worse buy than a vehicle that had higher moterway miles. The stop start kids to school run etc kills the engines faster than a bolton kwik fit apprentice :slayer:
