If you're going to spend that sort of money, have a look at an Oak Frame....Our conversion has an Oak-Framed extension and it really is a thing of beauty!

i think i might be building it with stone.
Ah Ok....Ours is still brick, but with the big 10" exposed oak trusses in the lounge and an oak and glass front wall....
sounds really nice, if i dont build one, ill look for a old farm house, and rebuild that.
couple of new pics, batterys went on camera, so havnt got any for upstairs.1 or 2 jobs to finish of inside, started to rip the static caravan apart, never had so much fun in my life, 35ft by 10ft.
