i have got a sony mono block amp to run 2 subs,
the amp has enough speaker terminals for 2 speakers,
however, i dont no how to wire my subs to it as they are labelled:

- L & R + - L & R +

therfore i have 2 right positives and 2 left positives?
i dont understand why?
any help would be appreciated
cheers

Your first L&R will be for you first speaker and your second L&R will be for your second speaker.

You will wire you negative to the left terminals and your positive to your right terminals.

I also assume you can bridge it and you use the negative far left and positive far right. You will need to check with the insructions if you can do this but I would have thought so.

Hope This help :)

i thought thats how to do it,
i guess its just my amp being broken then, like tom said a while back.
i tested my subs with another amp and they worked fine, and then tested my amp with a different sub and it dint work at all.
the green light comes on, but no output, should ther be a voltage coming out of the speaker terminals?
