I would say its very tasteful for a first car. No silly bodykit, no silly spoiler or non functioning bonnet vents, no stupid M3 mirrors. The dude will go far, and turn out many a nice car i'm sure.

Hehe that comment put a big smile on my face. Glad you guys like it. Been a really fun project. Nice though that ive done it all myself. Makes the car bit more personal . I want to open my own car bodyshop when im older so hopefully it will happen . I was thinking next mods

• Alfa Leather Interior black or Red
• Remove 6x9 / standard parcel shelf
• Smooth rear bumper numberplate recess smaller.

If you can find, go for the red alfa leather, apparently its a lot more rare than the black ones and make sure they are heated too

First time I saw it too. Only caught my eye because of the Punto

And yeah thats probably why nobody would buy the magazine - the saxostyle bodykits and modding :yuck: for chavs

Not to put down bodykits because they're not all bad but I only very rarely see anything better than factory standard stock.

Clean and smooth is the way to go in my opinion

Christmas tommorrow. Hope everyone is excited!. Decided to work on the car today. After the new year im going to badboy my bonnet and smooth my washer jets of the bonnet. Went to my local scrappie and picked up a set of washers off a other car. Removed my scuttle panel and mounted them flush on the part thats flat facing the window. Plumbed it all in and works a treat!. Just need to wait till after christmas to removed the old jets of the bonnet

I never thought of looking for other washer jets. Mine still need tweaking, lower part on driver side of screen doesnt get any water from the jet, needs twisting around a bit.

Does your passenger side wiper block the jet until it moves up the screen a bit?

Nope shoots the water just above the passenger side wiper then the wiper swings over. Works really well. Really chuffed. Only thing is i fancy smoothing the scuttle and painting it same colour as my car. But u do need to bend it in order to get it in and out :bang:
