My car got me my first offical warning from work.

Finished work today to find the very large car park where i work to be coverd in an inch snow.
So as you do i had a bit of fun in the empty car park, power slides, etc in the bravo.
Unaware that the boss was watching from the store front, and was not very happy when he found out it was me that was responsable for the noise and spraying the front of the store in sludge, ice, snow stuff.

Well two more strikes then im out - who cares tho, its only a saturday job !!

Good lad!

1. I will assume that you work at an "out of town" type store, in which case it is highly unlikely that the store owns the car park.

2. You were not "at work", in fact you had left the premises and therefore not contractually bound.

I can though, imagine your bosses' displeasure, but if he dismissed you for it you would have the law on your side.

What they could have done is brought some sort of disturbance legality on you, however the police are very unlikely to be interested - mind you it does rank higher on the list than mugging an octogenarian - so you need to be careful!

You are right that the area is not owned by my place of work, as it is on a sainsburys retail park and they own it. (I work for one of those annoying electrical superstores).
The main thing i done to upset the boss was going close to the doors, as the road in the car park does a nice corner infront of the main doors. And it was the side ways action towards the doors that displeased the boss. His words were that was very irrisponsable and indangerd myself and the premise.

I now want some more snow tho, as it was the most fun i have had in the bravo in a long time.
