please give me any negative and posotive feedback to help me on my project.

the only difficulties i can see are getting the correct volume for the sub in the rings, the number of rings you will need to cut and getting them round. Smoothing it with the fibreglass and 'gelcoat' will take a long time so you will need a lot of patience! Also sanding in the sharp corners may be difficult, put with a bit of patience you will get there!

I would drill pilot holes then screws instead of a nail gun as you will split MDF!

Otherwise should be an interesting build, let us know how you get on!
