i cant see a 0.5mm hole messing around with emitons or how ever u spell it... as the power and flow that comes down there wont have chance for any thing to escape... also where its places it where air will be going through it too and as for mot.. get the bandages u can get from halfords or summot wrap it round for the mot and take off the next day a simple way around it all... once BTG has done his ill be putting a hole in my 4-2-1 de cat and i have a straight through into a 4" sportex back box i run on 1 lamab sensor and already pop flames now and then so it will be interesteing to see what changes!

anyways moving on i got ma drill bits they are tiny and very hard to find as i work at b n q we didnt sell them screwfix didnt sell them HSS Hire didnt sell them ,nowere ,so had to order them from ebay

u can probs just see em in this pic




i also got some red smooth hammerite for the calipers and some high glow paint for a few bits and bobs




Finally got round to fitting my 280watt sony xplod 6x9 speakers in the boxes not to sure to keep them or sell tbh

Also after i left u my exhaust was really tripping out it was like humming then stopping, humming then stopping, humming then stopping /

It was really strange , ino some people will say it will a hole in the exhaust but i checked and theres not 1 , so im stuck lol.

But on the good side my smooth rear bumper will be on wednesday so il get pics up of it when its done also got door handles and side trims done , but hoping to have calipers painted ready for SANTA POD!!!!!

nar they fine the sound is actually coming from the backbox its self
