I recently had a lovely person decide to key my car

But more to the point, there are some scrathces
which are REALLY light and some that are ridiculously thick. I've tried t-cut from halfords and touch up markers but nothing is working any suggestions other wise I have to start saving and go through my insurance company (my excess is £500!!!)

Anyone have any suggestions on a particular t-cut or even a way to use t-cut? I just bought the chemical grey spray paint from fiat but I'm not gunna go near it with that until I know and trust I'm not gunna ruin her. Please any suggestions to hide the scratches or permantly get rid of them will be much appreciated :worship:

Will give you some ideas for the ones that need filling.
The key (no pun intended) with TCut (or Scratch X) is you have to put a bit of pressure into it and work it slowly a little at a time. It's no magic product though - if the scratch is right though the paint it won't help.

Absolute LEGEND for posting that link (y) that's the best forum I've seen! It is based on stone chips though, will it work for seriously deep scratches? And light scratches?

No reason why the same principals can't be applied to filling in deep scratches - chips are just the same only more square shaped.

Try with the lightest product first then get steadily more aggressive. You may find that professional help is needed. Often a SMART repair can be carried out which is a lot cheaper than full panel resprays.
