Looks a tidy car , you’ve done well to keep it that long .
Have you had much to do to get back to the road ? is it running a standard motor or something different with the bonnet scoop .

Standard motor Steve. The scoop was thing in the early 2000s. I had the original bonnet with it in storage but it got robbed along with the identification plate on the front valance. As regards getting it back on the Road I've rebuilt the calipers, rebuilt the turbo just in case. I've new timing belt new bottom arms new anti roll bar bushes new disks I've replaced a few other things like hoses and the like. I have a spare bonnet to be painted later on I've original stickers to go on I've brand new matting for under the bonnet as well. Nearly there now getting down to tge small stuff .

Nice one , sounds like you’re getting it sorted, yeah remember the max power years with the scoops & spoilers , glad you’re putting a standard bonnet back on

Very nice looking Punto, standing after all those years, and still in good condition too. I'm in cornwall and in Truro there is a red 2003 Fiat Punto Abarth
1.8 HGT in Red. For sale on Ebay with only one current bid for £300, at the moment with a day and some hours to finish in auction. They have log book
but no keys (Recycling Centre) TR1 2SU Postcode, tel number 01872 272393. Maybe useful info to someone on here, if not yourself.
Or anyone after a project Punto Abarth, to be kept on the road, just an idea really.

Well she's up and running thanks god after 3 years of work to get her back on the road she went for her first spin since 2005 last Saturday absolutely delighted.
