Go on Gendans website and it will give all the details as to what leads and what it covers on your model Fiat including prices etc.
If still have problems email them , I have found them very helpful.

Multiecuscan - Diagnostics software for Italian cars

I installed the free version on Windows 11 for scanning and clearing diagnostic trouble codes and it works very well. Bit fiddly to set up.

There are some things the paid license does that the free version can't.

I tried a cheapo bluetooth ELM327 interface first but it was a waste of money, couldn't get it to connect.
