Multipla head unit

Hi everybody,I have searched this forum but can't seem to find a definitive answer to my query so please excuse me if I have missed something.
The head unit on our 07Multipla has died so we are planning to upgrade to a standard din sized unit with a suitable facia adaptor, my question is this, is there a head unit on the market that has a port for the green connector thus enabling the continued use of the steering wheel controls, I noticed the standard Fiat unit is made by Blaupunkt so would it have to be another Blaupunkt to work.

Most Head Units will have steering wheel adaptors to make the controls work! As long as you stay away from the obscure ones like Beat...

Keep in mind tho that if you have blue and me, you'll loose it!
