Technical multipla gear selection

2009 1.9. Can't select first or reverse without a lot of force and grinding, other gears are mostly OK but sometimes can't get any. Bite point is very near floor. Is there any thing else it could be? Clutch is 18 months 15k miles old only and does not slip at all. Bite point has been low since this clutch was fitted by fiat under warranty. They didn't change the dmf.
