General multipla excelarating by itself

hi there

i started my car the other day and without me even putting my foot on the pedal, the car started to rev up. While driving down the road i didnt even have to excelarate as the car was driving itself. only at 20mph mind you. i also noticed a wet patch by the passenger front tyre, it seamed to be water but had the smell of oil. i dont no if the two things are connented

i have continued to drive my new auto-matic but really dont no what the problem is.... can anyone help

it sounds like the idle control valve is stuck open, might need a good clean

cruise control may be stuck.
