just decided it wanted to break down. my clutch cable just snaped at the linkege under neath the pasenger seat right as i was leaving to go out. and cant get a quick fix on it so looks like its out of action till next week. great fun

the clutch cables in the seis are a nightmare because they all tend to go on that piece you described. mine went twice in under a year luckily the place where i bought it from has a year warranty on their parts so i got it exchanged.

You can probably get a cable at a local factors and have it going again tomorrow afternoon. But often a snapped clutch cable means the clutch is about to go.

yeh i work at a motor factors (helps to get cheap parts) so hopefully i'll be able to pick one up 2morow if its instock. yeah cluth is getting low and thought that might have been a reason

DIY? If it's the first time you've done it, maybe an hour. By far the hardest part is getting the servo cover off. There's a guide (I think for the 899) up top, but it's pretty much the same.

yeh gona have a go myself, wel wid a lil help from my dad yeh this is the first time ive done it. but i think my dad knows what he's got to do. luckly

yep they are a a load of crap as well, because they break as well as the alledged 'unbreakeable' one
