My Bravo has passed it's MOT once again, although it required a new bottom arm!

I had a couple of advisory notes that I'm not sure what they mean and what work is required to resolve the issues, they are:

1. Near side steering column shaft has slight end float. (think this means slight play in the steering??)

2. Brake load sensing valve linkage stiff.

Any info guys?!

Cheers

Could you not ask the garage where you had it MOT'd as to what exactly the advisories meant?

Load sensing valve linkage is for the rear brakes. A squirt of wd 40 will righten that.

I did ask at the garage but the receptionist wasn't very knowledgeable and he said the mechanics were too busy when I asked!

Thanks for the advice on No.2, but where do I squirt some WD40??

Any ideas on No.1?
