Not saying my comment is right but it has some standing. My head hurts if i bang it on my cupboard doors. I can't imagine what it could be like hitting one at 70mph, eek!
Again, they are only use for roof crush and hence hold little value on the road unless you frequently go a lot faster than the speed limit on dodgy roads.
LOL, I think a pic like that would be a little bit too goory for me. I also agree it must be a hell of an extra effort to get someone out of a car with a roll cage. You can't just cut the normal pillars but have to cut the struts of the steel (?) and if you are stuck in a car with a collasped lung, massive spinal injuries and crushed legs you don't want anything more complicated.
Morale: Don't drive at a speed or in dangerous ways that could cause you to be in such a horrific crash in the first place?!
