General Mk2b project help!

Right Payday has arrived. I want new LED bulbs (canbus friendly) for front lights. (Side and main beam) and reg plate. All with a light blue tint.
Cheap tinting that I could possibly do myself (my punto is azzuro blue) so only want a light tint in the glass.
Cheap wind deflectors?
Don't want to be spending much at all , but want to do a little to my punto to get it looking good every time im paid.so if any of you guys could provide me links that would be great!

Don't know much about lighting but wind deflectors a lot of people use 'team heko' I even saw my mates Skoda had hekos today! Apparently they're really good!

I use Team Heko wind deflectors, personally I don't think they come with enough tape though so you might want to add some more industrial strength double sided into the mix.

Led Sidelights need a canceller or need to be ""canbus"" friendly

As for using LED dipped beams, No way my friend

A - Leds emit on a narrow band, so you will get less light output all together
B - you tend to find that LED's look physically brighter, but actually output less Lumens of light
C - You lights are designed for Halogen bulbs, best to stick with them
D - i dont know why you would fit LED's when alot of use really recommend Osram nightbreakers Plus's, there cheap, bright, and do exactly what it says on the tin
E - Most LED bulbs ARE NOT E MARKED, therfore illegal to use on the road
F - Even THIS ebay listing states they aren't suitable for normal headlights, only fog lights....
