thinking of buying a punto sporting any thing to watch out for etc and are they easy to get extra power out of the engine etc?

1.2 or 1.4?

1.2 GSR induction + map = ~100bhp
1.4 GSR induction + map = ~115bhp

Make sure the cam belt and water pump have been done if it's been 3 years/36k since done last.

Check for headgasket problems.

Check for corroded/leaky sump.
