Technical mk1 punto rear axle bushes

Hello, i removed the rear axle today to deal with a bit of rust. however one of the rear bushes stayed in place. the bit that stayed in the axle (a metal cup like thingy) seems to be pressed in. are these replaceable?
Or would the replacement overcup bush fix this or not?

I believe if you remove the axel, you can replace the bushes with the correct bushes. The cups are used when you don't want to remove the axel but want to fix a worn bush.
