Hi guys,

I know that Mk1 Bravo's ended in 98 and Mk2 started in 98, but which reg is which?? I.e. IIRC, S and T reg were both 98, but which is Mk1 and which is Mk2?

Cheers,

Martin

My car was registered in Dec '98 and is an S reg MK1 so I doubt there will be any '98 T regs about. Unfortunately mine has some parts off the MK2 model which is a pain the ass when it comes to repairs

i think all t reg's are the mk2s. and s regs are mk1's

Mines a 99 on a T but a mk1.

Maybe some of the last mk1's didnt sell for a while and sat around or whatever.

Just speculating here but I don't think the registration can be used to see if a the car is a Mk1 or Mk2 because its all down to what stock is shifted and when. If fiat had not sold all of the Mk1s it had manufactured before the T registration came in then when they sold those Mk1s they would be registered as T reg. Assuming this is correct going off the registration (S or T) would not be a definate indication to which mark the car is.
We can easily make out that a 1.4 bravo/a is a Mk1 and a 1.2 Bravo/a is a Mk2. Not sure how to differentiate the others though.
