Technical Misfire

[BRAINLESS]

Hi
Have a fiat punto 1.4 multiair its misfiring on no4 cylinder tried new plug new coil no goood. Have been told could be multiair unit gone or ECU problem
Engine warning light flashing on and off also weird warning light CHECK STOP LIGHTS
I did replace battery about 2 weeks ago and weird things was happening (see previous thread) but engine running perfect
I did top up oil foolishly about 0.5 litre with multigrade

Was the oil that low.. ?( had the level dropped suddenly..??)

Do all the Brakelights work..??

Misfire is a weird one with multiairs..

Is the #4 cylinder spark plug looking any different ?

Is the coolant level holding ok ??

Oil level just needed topping up not down to bottom
break lights fine
dont know about spark plug no idea what am doin this was all checked at garage at no cost
am taking it full diagnostic today see whats what
