I'm tracking some 'Minilite style alloys', and was just wondering if they'll fit my Cinq.

I believe they will, but just want some reassurance...

They're 7j x 13", 4x98 PCD

Any feedback would be great, thank you :)

One or two people on here have run 6x14 and 7x13 and have lowered without problems but it depends on what offset they are, and if the centre bore is the right size (or bigger, and can be made up with a spigot ring).

Not these ones? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/7j-x-13-minil...s_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item45f6b41b88

Good luck but I don't think they will fit if they are the ones you are after.

13"x7" isn't entirely impossible but tricky. Offset is crucial but you will still probably need to have the arches rolled, if not totally modified to avoid rubbing. The wheels on ebay are the right PCD and will fit in theory, but looking at the photos, they wont clear the caliper/hub and will need spacers.

I had a set of 13"x7" minilite replicas on a cinq once. They were much like the ones on ebay and required 25mm spacers on the rear and 30mm spacers on the front just to clear the calliper properly. Because of this, they stuck atleast an inch out of the arches so were totally illegal. Sold them within a few weeks of sitting in the garage unused.

Best bet, if you really want Minilite replicas, is to go to Compomotive and buy some ML alloys. They will make them in exactly the fitment you want. Not cheap though.

See here, and my reply, and Whiley's reply, iirc his are 7j 13, or were at the time anyway, not sure if he is still running those ATS wheels.

7" isnt too wide will easily fit in the arches, u will need spacers though more than likely as theyll foul suspension components/rear arms.
Gaz

Would you still get a decent amount of suspension travel or be able to lower it without them rubbing though?
...

yep and yep, ... i run ats classics with spacers, wobbley bolts and am lowered 40 front 60 rear, and travels fine and they dont scrub.

^ Whiley's ATS Classics did rub. He just didn't like to admit it.

The Ebay ones will pretty much look like that, ie. MOT failure and fuzz magnet (n)

I've been looking for compomotives, but can't find them anywhere...

Any ideas?

not trying hard enough if at all

typing 'compomotive alloy wheels' into google brings loads of suppliers up including their own website which is posted above

Slightly harsh, I'm new to all this biz. How do I go about ordering them then? Its a pretty useless website...

Hit the 'buy online' button, and send them an enquiry.

Compomotive are the manufacturers so you may find your local dealer will help with yor enquiry.

Most wheels are made to order, particularly in 4x98, so be prepared to wait.

Cheers
