I was gona be going BUT............... just downloaded a map and its MILES away!!!!!
Its a 2 and a half hour drive for me so's im gona look forward to Brooklands in Oct instead
 
Hey guys!

I'd be willing to lead the MITCAR convoy from Fosse Park. I know the area and way like the back of my hand. I'll be at ASDA at Fosse Park by 10am tomorrow.

I'm not going to get a chance to get on the internet after now until then so if any changes occur other than meeting at asda at 10, can someone e-mail me at [email protected], then I can pick it up on my mobile. The bloody phone line has been down for 2 weeks now at home!!! For the last 3 days (not constant :p), i've been sat in an Internet cafe on Granby St in Leicester. hehe.

If someone e-mail's, ta in advance.

im sorry but it doesnt look like i wil be able too make it now, i have had no sleep today, plus im going out tonite and cant see myself getting in any early than 4am :(

im going but will not be able to do the convoy T'ing.

the route i'll be taking is:
A5 to m69
m69 to J21 of M1
off at 21a on to A46
A46 to the A607
A607 to the B676
B676 to the A151 to Event
planning on geting there for 11 so leave about 10 with a Coupe n' Punto in tow.
what should i be expecting when i get there then...

Well, I went to this one. It was cool. Good turn out, lots of exotica (including myself) a good day had by all!

Finally met some of you stinkers. I've was accused of photo-shopping my own image, this theory has now been laid to rest, you can ask Dawn and Claire for confirmation and some of you believe that REDHOTSEI is my alter-ego, again I can assure you she isn't!

Sorry it was a flyer, I only stayed for a couple of hours, but as you all know, I fly out at 5am for my holidays.

Hope to meet up with you all again real soon!

I Spent 6 hours driving! :D..Talk about a waste of....

Nah..It was cool meeting yu guys again (those of yu that i have previously met). Also a nice thing meeting new peeps (TC) and chatting to random Ferrari types about "cheap to run" cars!!!
 
Well i managed to make my first ever FF meet.
really enjoyed myself, and great meeting some of you people and seeing some of the cars.
hopefully it will not be the last time i speak to you all.
Think the people i dragged along found it interesting 2!

got home with a few ambitions for the car, like a respray and a new engine.
The polish man found me and ask "do you mind driving round in a pink car! £60 worth of my products could get your car looking red again".
i dont mind a pink cinq if its going to cost me £60 in wax.

anyway nice meeting u all.
 
That bloke tried to flog me loadza junk too. He was just grabbing everyone because he only had a handful of customers all day. At one point, me Jetweed and a few others were talking about him because he was so lonely and he came over because her knew we was talking about him and then tried sales techniques. When we found out that was his old Porsche at the back I was no way going to buy his products. Mic.Neale's pink bumper looks 10 fold better than his car.
 
I liked your car, mic.neale. didn't realise it was you until I read your post last night! Sorry mate :eek: I thought I recognised it when I saw it! I blame the hangover!lol
 
I just realised it was yu (Mic) because of the Induction when yu popped the lid!
 
i only realised who you where when you drove off mate, which was lucky for you, i would of been askin a million and 1 questions about your 1.2 if i knew earlier.
anyway there is always next time...
