Technical MId exhaust

hey,

i was just wondering how to change the mid section of the exhaust, the piece from the manifold to the back box? Is it fiarly straight forward to taking it off?

May depend on what model you have.

Remember 1.6 had either single piece exhaust cat back or if you were lucky came in two sections, middle & rear. Seem to recall that I paid about 166 quid for middle and rear section. Middle about 68 qiud and rear 98 quid, think it was a Bosal OEM replacement system and fitted well.

1.6 exhaust replaced after 3.5 years, JTD now nearly 6 years old and still on its original exhaust

I just had mine cut at the flexi pipe and put a pipe straight through, the sound is amazing with the right aftermarket back box and tailpipe. Mine sounds sweeeeet.
