Its not just about the post count its about useful posts aswell, I think people like JUG etc etc post alot of useful posts.

How about a mod of the year. Its not fair if they dont get a chance to win something but everyone else does.

If member of the year / month is based on the thanks they get then the same people will keep winning. Good for them but V boring for the rest of us.
