Just got some Meguiars Nxt Generation Spray Wax from halfords for £8.50

Spray the panels, rub it around, let it dry and rub it off like normal. It also works on plastics, glass and lights:D

The car's colour looks so nice and deep, such a darker green than before.

It rained just after I put it on and the rain just beaded straight off :D

I would recommend this for everyone its great (y)

Anybody else use it?

I'm pretty sure I've got some someone gave me, I know it's Megs and in a Spray bottle but never really looked in detail at the label. I use it for a quick top-up of wax on the car. Looks and feels nice after applied but doesn't last long. It's expensive at £8.50.

sprays are a false economy, yes its easier to use but it is watered down and doesnt last very long. i'd rather use a paste and spend 4 hours doing the job properly, then you're set for 6 months.

I bought some spray wax, very dubious that it would work at all. I try to wash my car weekly but a time consuming polish/wax is rare. I find it really looks good to use the spray on wax and it only adds 5 minutes to the wash. Don't expect long term results though!

I will let you know when it dulls out to see how good it really is. I just find it really handy as its an all purpose cleaner that actually seems to work on all surfaces.

Only problem is a big splodge of bird $ |-| 1 7 landed on my windscreen this morning :( I swear, the neighbours pigeon shed will be torched one day

I think this is actually a filler wax, it will fill in swirl marks. Therefore its good if you want to quickly easily cover up swirls

Yeah thats what it says on the bottlebut you really have to work it in to cover the swirl marks and it doesn't do it 100% but then again swirl marks are incurable anyways. It does better than most other spray on wax's.

can do that at a 1 day show:rolleyes:

there are many things you can not do at a 1 day show, i hardly think thats the benchmark of a good car cleaning product.

besides, if you polished your car properly you wouldnt need to do it at a show, a quick rinse before you go would have it gleaming. :p

This is my sort of deterrent against pigeons - and no that isn't a picture of me :) I'm not that old just yet.

no it always dirty after driving few hundred miles in the rain to a show

You should be using a detailer and microfibre for that :) Can get a meguiars one from halford IIRC
