Tuning megasquirt ms2 v3

hello everybody im after some advice im looking at buying megasquirt but when i order they ask if the sensors are vr or hall sensors ive tried reading the megasquirt thread but my head hurts im going to put a 1.4 16 v engine in can any body shed some light on the subject

The sensor you have is VR. Some folk have put hall effect sensors in place of the VR ones (cos they're said to be better/more reliable).

So, it's your call!

If you want to go sequential with the injection system, you will need to use the Cam sensor which is Hall effect.
