I didn't know owls could change their eye colour at will! Check the middle picture, left eye black, right eye red. The other two pics the eyes are just red!

my mothers other half used to have one, couldn't change his eye colour though and didn't get on very well with the cats

no he was a customers,.
hes only one, at 6 months old he escaped wasnt found for 5 months, he had been terrorising castlemilk and eating all the cats!

Well cats kill in the region of 3 billion birds a year in the UK alone!! So i'm sure a couple the other way isn't soo bad really, so long as he don't get my cat lol.
Seriously though, that is one beautiful creature. I used to know a lad with an owl. Unsure what type of owl it was but you couldnn't go in the house and not say hello to it cause it'd get ya, and you can't here them coming, thats not a lie!!

I like European Eagle owls, but i dont agree with them being kept as pets, people tend not to look after them properly. Ten years working in a wild bird hospital taught me that
