Media player problem help please

i have a gp with blue and me and the usb media player my problem is i was playing songs from my memory stick with no problems, however i then changed the memory stick for one of my friends and it also worked fine but when i parked up and left the car overnight, came back in the morning and when i told the player to play it said command not avalible so i changed the memory stick back to mine and it said the same thing? and when i go into the media player menu it says no media

any ideas?

Disconnect the negative terminal of the car battery for a few minutes (5-7 minutes). This usually cures Blue&Me related problems. Hope that helps.
