scrapyard £20-30.

you'll need a 13mm spanner, 13mm socket on long extension bar with ratchet, wd40 (rusty bolts) and a set of torx head keys to remove the plastic wheel arch liners. you'll also need to raise the car and remove the wheels (with obvious safely implications)
