Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows if the bonnets are interchangeable between the Marea / Bravo and Brava ?

I've got a Marea TD 100SX on an R Plate that decided to release to bonnet catch at 60mph yesterday. The roof got a bit dinted (which I've roughly knocked out), the windscreen cracked (which is getting replaced on my glass insurance cover) but the bonnet is badly mangled and won't shut.

Can't find a bonnet in the local breakers for love nor money and when I asked the staff they couldn't tell me if the bonnet from a Bravo / Brava would fit, I just got told to take it and try it. I would rather know if this is possible before wasting my time and obviously not having a car at the moment.

Anyone any ideas ?

Best Regards

Andy B.

the concensus is that yes, they are all the same.

i dunno why but it keeps nagging at me that they may be slightly different, maybe its just the grille that puts me off.

still, i need a bonnet and wouldnt hesitate to buy a Bravo/a bonnet as its bound to fit :D

BTW, your bonnet will of opened due to the latch getting stuck, its important to grease this atleast once a year, been a few cases recently

I think it might be the width whats doing the nagging isnt the bumper different widths on the Bravo models which would make the bonnet different widths or something like that. ( I know what I mean lol)
