Marea alarm?

hi i have a marea weekend and under the back seats is a big black box which i think is some kind of alarm as i have traced wiring from my interior lights to.There are no numbers or lettering on the box and i have no key fob.Thing is i have no interior lights which is a right pain this time of year i do not want to pull the plug off the box in case there is a immobliser which will cut in.Any help thanks

ooo - go canny fella! The alarm is mounted under the passenger side front wing, that's some other box o'tricks there.

Thanks fixitagaintomorrow, think i will just leave it and try to rewire to get the interior lights to work.
