Manual instruction for car model

I am owner of Fiat Palio Weekend 1.7 TD model car (1999 year).
Would really appreciate if someone could help me find an instruction manual book for this car model in english or in serbian.
Have one in italian but it doensn't help much!
Tried to contact the factory in Italy, they refered me to agent in my country (Serbia) but they don't have it.
PDF would be fine
