Could be "flogging a dead horse".
However what is the engine Series Number and actual cc, as some 1.9ds were Peugeot/Citroen/Renault based so may give a slightly wider choice.
I assume exhaust manifold and not inlet?

I have found it now the 149B1.000 is a Fiat only engine 1929cc built 1988-1993 so limited chances, I did find this website that may be able to supply parts. Apart from that I can only see it in the Fiat Ducato of same age so not a lot of choice.
