I have a Supersprint manifold now
and boy it gets hot under the hood now...can notice it in my temperature getting hot fast but all after i got it tuned...should i put some tape on em or it doesnt matter much? Can anything go wrong by not taping em if it gets too hot down there? It has a very nice purple color now on it from all the heat hehe...

Just lag the first 6-8", where it comes out of the engine and turns to go down infront of the engine. Thats where it gets hottest.

Are you still running a cat? If not lag it all the way to the join with the exhaust.

Yeah im running a sports catalysator with better flow but still a cat...cant run without one or risk a big fine

As I said, lag the first bit of the manifold then.

No, it would just be better lagged.
