Mandatory classifieds picture (at least one)

Seriously, some people can't be arsed to take a picture or do a Google image search to put into an advert.

It certainty doesn't help them to sell their items, especially things like alloys.

It seems crazy not to put a picture with an ad. and I would be unlikely to buy something that a seller hasn't shown a picture of, but if people don't want to put one, then surely that's up to them.

It seems like a winner, there are some people who put pictures from other sources into the ad, is there any way to make it so that the mandatory picture can either be an upload from PC or from a URL as I think this might be the reason people don't add if they have to upload one?
