Technical Maf sensor code

Hi all I’m getting engine management light on my 2008 Ducato 2.3 motorhome , it says codes are po101 and po111 Maf sensor ,I took the sensor out cleaned it and no joy so put a new sensor in still no good ,I noticed that when I reset it on a odb scanner the engine light goes out and every third start up it comes back on with the same codes I noticed that my cruise control has stopped working aswell and all this started at exactly the same time any help would be much appreciated thanks

Hiya mate I know it’s a long shot but did you ever find out what the problem was ,as I have the exact same problems cheers
