M32 Gearbox Punto evo sporting

I was wondering if its a simple swap from the 5 speed gearbox in my punto evo sporting for the 6 speed M32 Gearbox which is in the abarth and bravo?

What year? Which engine? Which gearbox do you have at the moment?

You may just find you're changing gear more often.

The M32 differs from run of the mill FIAT boxes in using an intermediate driveshaft -- you may find that there's no-where to mount the bearing at the outer end of that (which picks up to the outer driveshaft.

I did not realise there was that many variations. Looks like it will be more hassle than I thought, I will scrap that idea then! Thanks for the reply.
