2003 Punto Active 1.2 8V
I eventually had the juddering clutch done under warranty( gearbox out job). I came to check for leaks etc, I found 2 bolts less than finger tight and exposed wiring that should be covered.
As this was warranty work one would expect the job to be done correctly as usual quality from this dealer.

We have just had airbag warning light fixed for free under warranty but was told a fee for diagnosis would be £32 butmy wife complained and the fee was not charged. The steering wheel was loose.I think the service was good but the car seems to have lots of faults. Lythgoe quoted £280 to replace discs and pads wornout at 22,000 miles and not covered on warranty, I fixed myself for £41 .Parts supplied by Brakes International of Bolton.

they gave me the wrong part

All I wanted was the rear towing eye cover for an abarth rear bumper mk2 punto
They had to get it from another garage and everything and it was about 2cm too small. Fools, wasting my time. I had to go back in the afternoon, get the wrong part, probably go and exchange it for the right one god knows when
