lowering:- please help

i want to lower my Bravo 80 . it has 7"X17" wheels on with 205/40 tyres. what kit to go for and where to go and how low. what do you think.

I have just brought Apex 40mmm surspension kit (springs and dampers)
Most people go for 40mm - but you can go down lower - 50mm - 60mm

Not sure what the lowest is before you have to roll the arches though.

On 17's you can go down to 40mm easily, but any lower and you'll have to trim the rear arches.

Not certain, I only know of people with Bravos that have done this.
Ribzz lowered his 40mm and can take a car full of people and a boot full of ICE and have no rubbing.
Riclemus lowered his 50mm, but said to get the springs/wheels on he'd had to trim the bumper in the rear wheel arch.
