General lower or alloys

id like some opinions i cant afford too do both so do i lower my mk2 hgt or get 17" alloys??

i will be getting the other but it wont be for a few months so what do i go for first?

I would just lower it and not bother with 17s.

I would lower it on coil overs and then just go as high as 16's if you want to change.
