Technical Lower knee panel removal

Hello everyone I recently bought a 2017 panda and found a device under the steering panel, after looking it up if found out it is a queclink gps tracker (probably from the used dealership). Anyway i removed the cables from the physical tracker but the wire are still there so i want to remove the panel under the steering wheel to get a closer look at whats happening but i dont see any screws but i also dont feel any clips.

So how to remove the panel under the steering wheel?

I'll find a link to an earlier post, as that shows what you can pull and what's screwed in... hang on...
There's probably something plugged into the diagnostic socket (behind the smaller of the two panels), which you can simply unplug and discard.

Yes it does thank you. Also i did a bit more digging and found a page on eLearn dedicated to removing it (referencing another post to remove the first trim to gain access to the screws). So that makes my post kinda useless but anyway this is the link.
