General Lower Glovebox - Something missing?

I was having a look around the Stilo the other day and noticed that something looks like it used to be clipped to the lower glovebox but there's no mention of anything in the manual.

Any idea anyone?

its a pen holder

OR it could be a tyre pressure guage holder, as fitted in the US/S.African markets <---as added by Stu afterdate

I think I can confirm that yes it is a pen holder. That is what I have always used it for and fits a bic very well.

Well it looked like a pen holder to me too but none of the pens I normally use would fit it - but you're spot on - a BIC fits perfectly!

But hey guys - how about some contructive comments about what was there when the car was delivered. I'd figure Fiat gave away a pen with the car - am I wrong ? and does it have part a number

Ive yet to see the day when Fiat give something away, im sure if you search the net you can find a pen that says Fiat on it, maybe even stilo

Maybe not, but you'd think they'd sell you one quick enough wouldn’t you.

I've just had a rummage through their afters-sale bumf and the only pen they sell already comes with its own holder and doesn't look like it'd have a cat in hells chance of fitting the stilo glove box.

You'd think they could manage to give away a BIC or even a (short) pencil and what a chance for marketing to miss!

A BIC is fine by me - I was just pointing out what a marketing opportunity FIAT missed by not giving away a fancy free pen with the car.

At party, Fiat Stilo owner when asked about pen says "you get it with the car..". Porshe owner says ".....well I didn't...." (perhaps they DO!)

If they had of given a pen away in the car it probably wouldn't have worked anyway!!!!! so think of it as a blessing in disguise!
