Technical Loud noise from rear suspension

Hi I am new to the Forum I hope somebody can help. I have a loud knocking/clanking from the nearside rear suspension on my 2010 Autotrail motorhome. It passed the MOT hopefully no dangerous problem. The garage fitted new bushes on the leaf springs both sides which they felt was the fault. Unfortunately it did not clear the problem and will be going back in on Tuesday. The garage does have experience in maintaining vans so I was hoping they would find the fault first time. Has anybody experienced this problem and how was it fixed. The noise is very similar to a loose hub cap or a stone inside an hub cap. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can at least suggest the remedy to the garage when I take it back into them. I haven't paid the first bill yet

Assuming your AT is built on the Fiat chassis rather than on an Alko one, there are 'droplinks' between the anti-roll bar and the axle; I've no idea if these are a weak link on the Fiat or not but similar symptoms on my car turned out to be failure of one of these links.
