General Loud engine...

Brand new owner here - an 05 petrol Multipla, not actually sure which actual model...

I have a question - the car is running very smoothly, it's surprisingly zippy, but when I get about about 30/40mph, the engine noise, as far as I'm concerned is very loud. I felt like there was a plane flying overhead! So, feature or bug?

could be a engine mount that has given way or about to does the engine move alot when you rev the car up ?
